This product is two components organic silicone potting compound, which is designed for potting and protecting LED display, Pixel tube etc.

◆. Excellent deep curing performance, potting parts can be full curing after 24 hours. Good flexibility, elasticity, and bending resistance.
◆. Long life, and stable working performance from -50℃~+200℃.
◆. Non-toxic after curing, good adhesion to most plastic, and good resistance to chemical.

How to use:
Metering: Mix A part (potting compound) and B part(hardener) by ratio of A: B=10:1
Mixing: Pour B part to A part container, and mix stir parts uniformly.
Potting: Pour the mixed compound to the parts to be potting asap.
Curing: Set the potted parts at room temperature, enter the next process after initial curing, full curing time is 10-24 hours.
After curing, users can remove the residual film by knife, don’t shear the residual film by hand.
Storage and shelf life:
This product belong to non-hazardous goods, store the products in cool and dry place under 30℃. Shelf life is 12 months. Seal the products after using. There will be little film if not seal well, then remove the film and it won’t affect usage effect.
Attention:
This product is non-toxic after curing, but avoid contact with eyes and children before curing.
