TS11490F Wear Resistant Compound with Large Size Ceramic Beads and Silicon Carbide
TS11490 is wear coating which is composed of modified toughening resin, alumina powder, super hard large size ceramic beads, silicon carbide and other additives. Two components, grey paste. Moderate viscosity, easy to apply. It can be applied to the construction surface with a scraper. It can bond with substrate tightly. Good resistant to impact, erosion and wear, chemical corrosion and aging. The maximum temperature resistance is 150 ℃. TS11490F is used to resist the erosion and wear of particles, dust and slurry.
Typical application parts: repair and protection of easily worn parts such as desulfurization pump, sand pump, coal ash pump, mud pump, sewage pump, powder concentrator, crusher, conical area of coal mill, desulfurization pipeline, fly ash pipe, coal conveying pipeline, ash removal pipeline, primary air pipe, and elbow.
