TS406 Corrosion-resistant Epoxy Ceramic Coating
TS406 is a kind of high-performance wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant polymer ceramic material, which is composed of high-performance wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant filler and modified corrosion-resistant epoxy resin. Two component, gray (blue) semi-fluid, with excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It is suitable for repairing the corrosion of pumps, valves, pipelines, heat exchangers, reactors, acid-base and alkali-base tanks, and making corrosion-resistant coating in large area.

How to use:
1. Surface treatment: Derusting and roughening treatment shall be carried out for the repaired parts, and then cleaning agent shall be used for cleaning.
2. Mixing: Mix ratio is A:B=4:1. Mix A-part epoxy adhesive and B-part hardener well, and use up the mixed adhesive in setting time.
3. Applying epoxy: The mixed adhesive shall be applied to the parts to be protected evenly. Using cross method to apply adhesive on the parts twice. Each adhesive layer thickness shall be 0.3mm to 0.6mm. Compact the adhesive layers well to make adhesive fully infiltrated with the substrate.
4. Curing: Curing time is 24 hours at 25℃ to 30℃. Bonded parts can be working after 24 hours.
